The Pragmatic Play ”Cruise the Med” promotion runs from 04 December 2023, 00h01 GMT - 29 February 2024, 23h59 GMT (the “Promotional Period"), and is open to all players who have an open and fully verified and approved [BRAND NAME] account.  

A player is eligible for this Promotion and any associated winning prize provided their account is active and not under self exclusion or time out at any point during the Promotional Period.  

During this promotion a draw will take place. To enter the draw a player must earn at least one ticket during the Promotional Period.  

To gain entry in the “Cruise the Med” draw, play and earn draw tickets as follows: Earn 10 draw tickets for every £50 in cash wagers on any of these qualifying Pragmatic Play games:  

Earn 1 draw ticket for every £50 in cash wagered on any other game.  

Bets made using bonus funds do not contribute towards this Draw. Playing does not guarantee a prize.  

10 winners will be selected via random draw from all Ticket holders on the 01 March 2024.  

Total promo prize pool is valued at £80,000 and consists of the following:  

Items of a personal nature like Spa or Salon Services, souvenirs, photos, internet access, and travel insurance, amongst others are at the winners’ sole discretion, responsibility, and expense to obtain.  

The draw will be conducted by, and is the sole responsibility of, %%BRAND%% and the prize winners will be communicated by %%BRAND%% by 01 March 2024, 12h00 GMT.  

The winners of the Mediterranean Cruise will be notified within 7 days of the draw via email and/or telephone. Winners must respond within three (3) working days in order to claim the prize. Should a winner not respond in a timely manner, they forfeit the prize and a redraw will take place. When responding to our contact request, the winners will be asked to nominate one (1) additional person of their own choosing who will share the prize package with them, provided that such person is not under 18 years of age at the time of the commencement of the trip.   

The return flights to Barcelona, Spain will need to be booked by the winners for themselves and their nominated one (1) and will need to be of economy class.  %%BRAND%% will, at the conclusion of the trip, reimburse the cost of the flights back to the winner’s casino account as cash which can be withdrawn at any time.    

The reimbursement amount of the return flight tickets shall be equivalent to the cost of the lowest valued Economy class flight available at the time of booking from the winner’s country of departure to Barcelona, Spain, up to a maximum value of £2500 per person.   

Should the winner and their nominated one (1) choose to travel separately which may result in the need for additional accommodation and/or transfers, the resulting costs incurred will fall outside of the stipulated prize package and are for the winner’s own account.   

Should the winner and their nominated one (1) choose to extend their stay by arriving or departing any number of days outside of the dates mentioned in the prize package, the resulting accommodation and/or transfer costs will be for the winner’s own account.  

The Mediterranean Cruise prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable. Should a winner not be able to attend the trip for any reason, the prize will be forfeited.  

We reserve the right to award the cash prize of £8,000 to the winner’s account if the casino is no longer able to provide the prize as advertised, or if the prize is unable to be claimed without notice in the event of a catastrophe, epidemic, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event that is outside of our reasonable control. Any such changes will be notified to the winner as soon as is reasonably possible.  

The winner consents to %%BRAND%% sharing their personal details (Name, Surname, Date of Birth and Citizenship) with a third party (Mediterranean Cruise organizer) in order for the prize to be effectively claimed. Additionally, any third party nominated by the winner in accordance with term 11 must similarly consent to share the same personal details with the third party, and for the same objective. Failure to provide such information will constitute a failure to claim the prize by the winner, and as a result, the prize will be forfeited.  

A player is only eligible to win 1 prize.  

Insofar as is permitted by law, we will not under any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death, or any other incidental repercussions of whatsoever nature occurring as a result of taking up the prize, except where it is caused by our own negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.
